Responsibilities

• Assists the driver with duties on routes and loads refuse into the truck.
• Provides courteous customer service and represents Waste Pro professionally.
• Ensures pickup of garbage and recyclables per route instructions.
• Answers residents' questions and directs them to Customer Service or government offices.
• Complies with safety policies including Waste Pro Absolute Guidelines.
• Assists with backing up the truck and guiding the driver from the ground.
• Cleans around the truck and loads area at shift end or as needed.
• Reports safety or service issues to the driver or supervisor promptly.
