Leadpoint is hiring for a General Laborer / On-Route Helper in Fort Worth, TX. This entry-level role supports drivers on designated residential routes, loads waste, and helps ensure timely service with a friendly customer approach.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with weekly pay, benefits after 90 days, PPE provided, and opportunities for growth within the company. Morning shift from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, full-time status.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Fitness test completion is required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Punctuality and ability to follow schedules.
• Consent to background check and drug screen.
• Reliable transportation; carpooling encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Driver on designated routes by riding along and providing support.
• Load refuse and bags from properties into the truck safely.
• Ride on the vehicle to service residential customers on route.
• Operate loading equipment and controls as needed.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers and dispatchers.
• Uphold safety protocols and standards during collection.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
