Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship or eligible work status is required.
• No visa sponsorship available for this or future positions.
• Must be located in Raleigh, NC or willing to relocate.
• 21+ years old and able to work a 7:00–19:00 shift, Tue–Sat.
• Must have package car driving and supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg) and pass a DOT medical exam.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of service providers to ensure safe, timely deliveries.
• Monitor performance using scorecards and quality improvement processes.
• Develop and implement work plans, troubleshoot issues, and manage costs.
• Recruitment planning, training needs, and career development for staff.
• Ensure a comprehensive health and safety program is followed.
• Lead performance evaluations and address staff performance concerns.
• Maintain relationships with customers and drive service improvements.
