The role requires DOT certification and UPS package car driving experience. You will supervise on-road staff, oversee dispatch plans, and advance training and development to meet business goals.

Qualificações

• Must hold DOT certification.
• Must have UPS Package car driving experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or be a current UPS employee with three years of UPS experience.
• Willing to relocate to the job location if not already nearby.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises on-road employees to maximize efficiency and ensure safe, timely package delivery.
• Develops and implements work processes, troubleshoots inefficiencies, and monitors costs against budget.
• Applies policies and procedures to business operations and guides risk management activities.
• Participates in creating and executing plans to improve center performance and results.
• Maintains and audits health and safety programs and training records.
• Coaches and develops staff, conducts performance evaluations, and addresses issues.
• Fosters a collaborative work environment through ongoing communication and relationship building.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and evaluates labor market needs to attract talent.
