Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. seeks a field sales professional to grow market share for our spirits, beer, and wine portfolio in California. You will build relationships, meet monthly objectives, and drive promotions at retail with strong trade support.

The role offers Monday–Friday work with incentives, full health benefits, and a generous PTO package, plus training to support long-term sales success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 0–2 years of related experience or High School Diploma with 3–5+ years of specific experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have reliable automobile transportation, valid driver's license, and adequate auto insurance.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg product.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within monthly objectives while acquiring new business and maintaining distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail; communicate pricing and promotions; coordinate displays and events.
• Maintain inventory levels and product rotation to maximize freshness and shelf impact.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Other duties as assigned.
