TEAM is seeking a dynamic Brand Ambassador to drive Patron brand programs in the on-premise channel in Houston. You will educate bartenders, engage key customers, and collaborate with sales and brand teams to execute activations that generate awareness and growth.

The role requires hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 30%. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and a track record in events or promotions is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or beverage industry.
• Experience as brand ambassador or consultant is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership and teams to execute brand plans.
• Develop creative solutions with on-premise and retail partners.
• Educate bartenders and key customers about PATRON programs.
• Manage a focused account list of 30 on-premise accounts.
• Drive education and engagement around PATRON to boost recommendations.
• Use social media to drive trade and consumer engagement.
• Gather market, social, and competitive data to generate insights.
• Lead projects and present disruptive ideas for ROI.
• Deliver education and engagement programs for on-trade channels.
