TEAM Enterprises is seeking a dynamic Brand Ambassador to partner with Patron in on-premise environments in Houston, TX. You will educate bartenders, engage key customers, and drive brand programs across social media, events, and trainings.

This role requires hospitality experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 30%. You will manage a focused account list and collaborate with leadership to deliver compelling brand experiences.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bartender/hospitality management experience is essential.
• Brand ambassador or brand consultant experience preferred.
• Experience with on-premise and retail partners.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with TEAM leadership, local commercial team, and brand team to deliver and execute brand plans through various brand and sales activities.
• Manage and collaborate with on-premise & retail partners developing creative solutions to help drive business and growth for our brands.
• Educate bartenders in the on-trade channel including key customers by bringing to life brand programs (e.g. social media, events, happy hours, trainings, dinners, etc.).
• Manage a focused account list of 30 accounts in the on premise channel.
• Focus on education and engagement around PATRON to help drive recommendation.
• Actively use social media to drive trade and consumer engagement in a creative and organic way.
• Gather information from the market, social media, and competition and transform this information into insights and opportunities for the brand.
• Lead projects and present disruptive ideas that put PATRON at a competitive advantage and highest return on investment.
• Deliver education and engagement brand programming that connects to on-trade & key customers.
