Job summary

Aerotek is hiring an On Premise Recruiter to attract qualified employees for contract, contract-to-hire and direct placement roles. You will screen candidates, participate in career fairs, and support reporting and documentation within Aerotek’s systems.

In this role you will network widely, maintain accurate records, and use Aerotek’s resources to resolve conflicts and meet hiring goals. Bachelor’s degree is preferred and industry experience is valued.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative recruiting resources and networking activities to attract qualified employees for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement.
• Screen contractors to ensure qualifications meet open positions (interviews, reference checks, skills testing, background checks, etc.).
• Identify and participate in networking activities such as career fairs, cold calling on schools and organizations to promote Aerotek.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Maintain documentation using Aerotek’s online systems to track information and hiring metrics.
• Utilize resources for conflict resolution.
