Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an On Premise Manager to serve as the liaison between client managers, the local office, and contract employees at the client site. The role focuses on maximizing profitability by delivering quality contractors and overseeing the temporary workforce, with responsibilities including internal and client reporting and conflict resolution.

Base salary ranges from $54,000 to $60,000, plus a potential $2,000 bonus, and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision, HSA &

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer or sales focused roles.
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment.

As an On Premise Manager you will…

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees. This includes regular attendance of client production and or staff meetings.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.

Aerotek offers a base salary of $54,000- $60,000 as well as a performance-based annual bonus potential of $2,000.
