Job summary

OSTTRA Group is seeking a Utility Representative to maintain beverage lines for On-Premise accounts and document calls using the VIP KARMA App. You will clean lines, fix pouring issues, and address draught problems for assigned accounts, while building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include line cleaning to standard, PPE usage, and ensuring safety while operating company equipment. You will support events and communicate opportunities to the sales team, sustaining a professional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate multiple activities.
• Good oral and written communication skills and teamwork.
• Must be motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
• Must be 18+ with a valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean draught lines for On-Premise accounts.
• Document calls using the VIP KARMA App.
• Build relationships and communicate with customers.
• Ensure line cleaning standards are met and PPE is used.
• Troubleshoot draught systems and assist with events in territory.
• Keep company vehicle clean and perform duties as assigned.
