Job summary

Beverage Management in Tulsa is seeking a hands-on Draft Line Technician to service, install, and maintain draught beverage systems for on-premise customers. This customer-facing role suits someone who enjoys solving problems and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform line installations and routine service calls, manage parts and tools, and coordinate with the team to meet targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn through provided training.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance procedures.
• Sound judgment, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Preferred: mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Experience in beverage system installation or service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, professional service to on-premise accounts and communicate effectively with customer staff.
• Install, clean, maintain, and troubleshoot draught beverage systems and lines.
• Diagnose and repair non-functioning or poor-pouring draught systems per state guidelines.
• Complete draught line installations and routine service calls.
• Maintain and manage inventory of draught knobs, service equipment, and event materials.
• Manage and maintain company vehicle, tools, and service equipment.
• Track and document service activities, logs, and required reporting.
• Prioritize and manage multiple service requests independently while communicating progress to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
