Job summary

Beverage Management in Tulsa is seeking a Draft Line Technician to service, install, and maintain draught beverage systems for on-premise customers. This hands-on, customer-facing role suits individuals who enjoy problem solving and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform installations, cleaning, troubleshooting, and routine service calls, manage equipment and inventory, and document activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn through provided training.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance procedures.
• Sound judgment, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Mechanical and technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, professional service to on-premise accounts and communicate with customer staff.
• Install, clean, maintain, and troubleshoot draught beverage systems and lines.
• Diagnose and repair non-functioning or poor-pouring systems per guidelines.
• Complete draught line installations and routine service calls.
• Maintain inventory of draught knobs, service equipment, and event materials.
• Manage and maintain company vehicle, tools, and service equipment.
• Track and document service activities, logs, and reporting.
• Prioritize and manage multiple service requests with updates to management.
