Job summary

Ben E. Keith Company is seeking a Utility Representative to maintain beverage lines for On-Premise accounts and document activities using the VIP KARMA app. The role requires cleaning lines, fixing pouring issues, and ensuring safety standards are met.

You will build strong relationships with customers, communicate opportunities to the sales team, and keep company equipment and vehicles in safe condition while supporting special events in the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must read and understand draught and package code dates.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Must have a valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Good oral and written communication skills and team participation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain beverage lines for On-Premise accounts and document calls in VIP KARMA.
• Clean lines and troubleshoot draught systems for assigned accounts.
• Build relationships with customers and communicate opportunities or challenges.
• Ensure company equipment and vehicle are safe and maintained.
• Attend meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
