Job summary

Ben E. Keith Company is seeking a Utility Representative in the Fort Worth area to maintain beverage lines for On-Premise accounts, clean lines, and fix pouring issues, while creating service tickets for the accounts.

You will build relationships with customers, communicate opportunities to the sales team, and ensure all company equipment is kept in safe working order while prioritizing multiple tasks and maintaining a professional image.

Qualifications

• Must have two Texas TABC licenses.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good oral and written communication skills and teamwork.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid Texas driver’s license with clean record.
• Lift and carry up to 20 lbs; move products up to 165 lbs; stand and perform required tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean customers’ draught lines serving Ben E. Keith beers
• Troubleshoot draught issues and fix pouring problems for assigned accounts
• Build relationships with customers and communicate opportunities to sales staff
• Ensure company equipment is safe, in good condition, and reports incidents promptly
• Operate company vehicle safely and adhere to company policy
• Attend meetings and manage multiple priorities and tasks as required
