Johnson Brothers, a leading family-owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer, is seeking an On-Premise Specialist to support sales teams and drive brand visibility in restaurants, bars, clubs, and hotels.

You will build relationships with on-premise owners and managers, coordinate activations, and deliver product education and training to venue staff. A 2+ year background in hospitality or liquor sales, 21+ years old, and a passion for the beverage industry are preferred.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: 2+ years in hospitality, liquor sales, or consumer goods with on-premise account management or brand activation.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and comfortable working with alcoholic beverages.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with on-premise account owners, operators, and managers to foster long-term partnerships.
• Identify and develop new on-premise accounts to increase market share and brand presence in target venues.
• Manage and grow existing accounts by ensuring product availability, resolving issues, and recommending solutions to improve sales.
• Monitor and ensure the correct product mix and stock levels are maintained in key on-premise locations.
• Implement on-premise promotional activities, events, and tastings to engage customers and increase brand awareness.
• Coordinate with sales and trade marketing teams to align on campaign objectives and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Provide training sessions and product education to on-premise staff, including bartenders and managers.
