You will visit accounts, analyze data, craft growth plans, and collaborate with suppliers to drive incremental sales while maintaining a deep knowledge of SGWS products. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Able to analyze and understand data.
• Proficient in using mobile devices and online communication.
• Able to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals.
• Able to communicate effectively and tailor messages to the audience.
• Able to be nimble in ambiguity and embrace change.
• Must possess a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license; able to travel.
• Travel as needed to visit accounts and customers.

Responsabilités

• Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust.
• Discover and identify customer business growth needs.
• Develop a customer business growth plan for each account and build a pipeline of selling opportunities.
• Analyze data and insights to increase sales and growth.
• Pre-plan account visits with an agenda, service purpose, and selling opportunities in CRM (Proof).
• Prioritize sales activities to achieve objectives based on the growth plan.
• Visit accounts regularly, document visit notes and plans in CRM (Proof).
• Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and position them in each account.
• Propose selling solutions to customers and win the sale using consultative skills.
• Achieve internal SGWS and supplier objectives as prioritized by management.
• Manage customer issue resolution and support business growth with information and guidance.
• Adapt selling approach to customer buying styles and needs.
• Stay current on competitors and SGWS product positioning.
• Document and maintain account information in CRM (Proof).
• Participate in sales meetings, on-site training, and supplier events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
