Resorts Atlantic City is seeking a hands-on Network Administrator to support our on-premise enterprise network 5 days a week. The role spans administration, monitoring, security, and ongoing improvements across data centers, offices, and guest areas to sustain a 24x7 hospitality and gaming operation.

You will design network plans, enforce security, manage vendors, document configurations, and back up systems while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with IT management for high availability.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years of hands-on enterprise network administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco enterprise networking hardware and software.
• Experience with network security principles, firewall administration, secure remote access, and risk remediation.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS and NIST Cybersecurity Framework principles.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement short- and long-term network plans to meet current and future needs.
• Develop and maintain network policies, procedures, and training plans.
• Oversee reports and documentation related to supported systems.
• Develop proactive maintenance schedules for network equipment.
• Manage deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade, and support of all network equipment.
• Administer end user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Perform server and security audits and backups.
• Monitor network performance and provide statistics and reports.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and coordinate with IT management and vendors.
