CampusWorks, Inc. seeks a Network Administrator to provide front-line on-site support for datacenter equipment and networking infrastructure in New Jersey. You will install, maintain, and ensure operational stability while collaborating with remote teams to drive technology transformation.

You will configure LANs, servers, APs, and voice systems; troubleshoot issues; and document procedures. This role requires 2+ years in network infrastructure and strong customer-service orientation.

Competenze

• Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years in network infrastructure or related tech roles.
• Know how to design, configure, troubleshoot network infra.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication; customer-service oriented.
• Ability to train users and explain tech to non-tech users.

Mansioni

• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade network infrastructure and datacenter equipment.
• Work with LANs, servers, and related systems.
• Support wireless AP infrastructure for reliable connectivity.
• Physically install and bring online hardware in data centers and campuses.
• Log and track service requests and incidents in work management systems.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and CoE teams.
• Create and maintain installation and troubleshooting documentation.
• Provide after-hours support for maintenance windows as needed.
