Job summary

KBR is seeking a Space-Based Training and Operations Support Team Member to represent On-Orbit SDA tools at USSPACECOM, located at Peterson SFB, Colorado. You will work as the operational SME, supporting training, briefings, and real-time configuration changes to enhance exercise and mission rehearsal planning.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in orbital analysis or SDA.
• Experience in space operations and RPO/OW.
• Proven teaching experience to adult learners.
• Brief senior military and government leaders.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Basic IT support knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Educate and promote the On-Orbit SDA tool to USSPACECOM personnel.
• Train officers in orbital warfare analysis and SDA.
• Assist spacecraft anomaly resolution and configuration baselines.
• Present tool capabilities to space crew operators, multinational partners, and leaders.
• Create training curricula to meet USSPACECOM needs.
• Attend coordination meetings to fulfill operational requirements.
• Support training and exercises for theater and global space ops.
• Plan and execute unclassified/classified training sessions.
