Job summary

KBR is seeking a Junior Battlespace Awareness Operator to support 24/7 space domain awareness operations. You will monitor SDA tools, maintain data custody, and produce routine reports with supervision.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance and a strong attitude toward secure data handling. Based on contract award, this full-time on-site position at a government facility offers experience with real-time decision support, testing evolving SDA tools, and readiness training in a dynamic defense

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience or Bachelor’s with 2 years, or no degree with 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor SDA tools and threat assessments in 24/7 operations and follow checklists.
• Maintain RSO custody and update databases; validate data against sources.
• Produce routine reports and briefings; provide updates for ongoing events.
• Characterize events (timeline, pattern-of-life) and recommend senior next steps.
