Job summary

Shasta Pools & Spas seeks a dynamic content creator to own our organic social presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. You’ll shoot on job sites and showrooms, edit with CapCut or Premiere, and publish 4–5 posts per week with a focus on short-form video.

You’ll travel to the Phoenix metro area, interview homeowners and crews, and transform projects into compelling stories that align with our premium brand.摄影

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience creating organic social content.
• A portfolio of short-form video you conceived, shot, and edited yourself.
• Posting history showing consistency over several months.
• Fluency on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook (Reels, Stories, carousels).
• Hands-on editing skills in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the content from idea to post: shoot, edit, and publish 4–5 posts per week across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Visit construction sites, showrooms, and events to capture authentic content on location.
• Interview homeowners and crews to tell transformative stories behind the brand.
• Create timely content that reflects current trends and formats.
• Shoot and edit short-form video on a smartphone or camera with strong hooks and captions.
• Capture high-quality photos of projects with attention to composition and lighting.
• Create graphics and promo materials in Canva, Adobe, or AI-assisted design tools.
• Write scroll-stopping captions, hooks, and calls to action.
• Maintain monthly content calendar and posting cadence.
• Review metrics and share monthly learnings.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing and organize media assets.
• Ensure all posts reflect Shasta’s premium brand voice.
