Job summary

Comfort Systems of Montana is seeking a creative Content Creator to shoot, edit, and publish reels, photos, and carousels that build our HVAC brand in Bozeman and beyond. You will own content from concept through posting across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

This hands-on role covers jobsites, events, and office shoots, with a heavy emphasis on storytelling, brand voice, and audience growth.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of social media content showing engagement and storytelling.
• Strong videography and photography skills—mobile, mirrorless, or DSLR.
• Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar).
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn algorithms.
• Strong copywriting skills for captions and short-form copy in brand voice.
• Experience in running Meta ad campaigns is a bonus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for our companies across reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
• Capture photos and video on jobsites, in the office, at events, and behind the scenes.
• Publish carousels, static posts, and stories across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain a consistent posting cadence and content calendar.
• Stay current on platform trends and formats to capitalize on them.
• Write captions and copy that align with brand voice and drive engagement.
• Represent Comfort Systems of MT and Local Demo at events and home shows.
• Assist with booth setup, signage, and on-site materials.
• Collaborate with team on campaigns, track performance, and iterate.
• Take ownership of projects with reliable, timely delivery.
