Job summary

Shasta Pools & Spas is seeking a dynamic Social Content Creator to own our organic content across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. You’ll shoot on-site, interview homeowners and crews, and craft short‑form videos with compelling hooks and captions.

You’ll manage a monthly content calendar, adapt quickly to trends, and ensure the brand voice remains premium and consistent across all posts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience creating organic social content across multiple platforms.
• A portfolio of self-conceived, shot, and edited short-form video.
• Consistent posting history on brand or personal accounts over several months.
• Fluency on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook including Reels, Stories, and carousels.
• Hands-on editing skills in CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.

Responsibilities

• Own content from idea to post with 4–5 posts per week across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Visit job sites, showrooms, and events to capture authentic content.
• Interview homeowners and team members on camera to tell transformation stories.
• Move fast on trends and turn them into timely Shasta content.
• Shoot and edit short-form video on smartphone or camera with strong hooks and captions.
• Create graphics in Canva or Adobe tools for social promos and flyers.
• Write captions, hooks, and calls to action; maintain posting calendar.
