Monogram Foods in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance role on the 3rd shift to oversee QA activities for a production line. The position focuses on recording data for traceability, monitoring HACCP and GMP practices, and supporting QA staff to ensure product quality.

Responsibilities include sample collection, data accuracy, and collaboration with maintenance and engineering to improve processes. Must be 18+ and capable of extended production hours and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and communicate effectively.
• Basic math and data interpretation (bar graphs).

Responsabilités

• Record and document information for trace-recall of finished product.
• Record weights to meet customer specifications.
• Record HACCP checks with supporting documents.
• Monitor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Gather samples for microbiology analysis.
• Support QA Supervisors across departments.
• Check and record quality and weights per specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper waste monitoring.
