Job summary

Closed Loop Recycling, LLC is seeking a Production Coordinator in Charlotte, NC. This hands-on role involves directing the production crew, operating equipment, and ensuring efficient floor flow while coordinating with logistics.

The job requires being truck-certified, mechanical aptitude, and prior production/warehouse experience. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with a focus on safety, quality, and collaboration with the Plant Manager.

Qualifications

• High school or bachelor’s degree required.
• Truck certification required.
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair experience preferred.
• Experience in production or warehouse environment required.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack and lift heavy objects up to 150 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production crew on the floor and coordinate daily tasks.
• Operate and monitor production equipment to clean absorbent mats and wash drums.
• Oversee the waterwash system and perform routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment to minimize downtime.
• Assist in loading/unloading service trucks and manage inventory in CRM.
• Maintain OSHA safety standards and ensure 100% client-ready product quality.
