Job summary

Triple/S Dynamics is seeking an on‑the‑floor Manufacturing Engineer to ensure designs are truly manufacturable and to serve as the technical bridge between engineering and the shop floor in Garland, TX. You will collaborate with fabricators, assemblers, and vendors to fix issues on the spot and drive repeatable, high‑performance processes.

You will build practical solutions, document workflows, and lead root cause analyses to prevent recurrence while supporting production teams with hands‑on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• 4 years in manufacturing or production engineering.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and weld symbols.

Responsibilities

• Ensure engineering designs are manufacturable before release.
• Act as the technical bridge between engineering and the shop floor.
• Work with vendors to solve fabrication and assembly issues in real time.
• Drive reduction in rework, delays, and production inefficiencies.
• Create and maintain clear shop documentation.
• Improve workflows across assembly, paint, and test.
• Develop tooling, fixtures, and methods that speed production.
• Lead root cause analysis and prevent recurrence.
• Support production teams with hands‑on problem solving.
• Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
