Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead assembly process improvements on a growing product line. This role emphasizes floor-level optimization, process development, and cross-functional collaboration to scale production.

The Manufacturing Engineer III will drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensure process capability, and mentor engineers while partnering with operations and leadership to meet strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related.
• Minimum of 5 years manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with assembly operations in heavy equipment or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive CI initiatives focusing on safety, quality, throughput, and cost.
• Optimize assembly processes to improve labor efficiency.
• Lead line balancing and waste elimination.
• Support NPI and product launches.
