Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a Specialist - On Field Operations to deliver a world-class athlete experience on the sales floor and support on-floor processes such as merchandising, pricing, and product availability.

You will work with store teams to onboard colleagues, maintain presentation standards, and drive participation in loyalty programs while upholding safety and loss-prevention policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes and providing clear, accurate product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members.
• Ensures products are ready for athletes to purchase and engages them as they want.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards including floor plans, signage, pricing, and inventory.
• Promotes customer participation in loyalty, warranty, and card programs.
• Fosters an inclusive store environment and adheres to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs.
