Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical leadership throughout the hospital during assigned shifts.
• Serve as the hospital administrator representative in the absence of senior leadership.
• Coordinate staffing resources and facilitate appropriate patient placement and throughput.
• Support nursing teams with clinical decision-making, problem-solving, and patient care concerns.
• Respond to urgent situations, incidents, emergencies, and patient/family escalations.
• Promote a culture of safety, service excellence, and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
