Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years retail clerk experience preferred; lead experience valued.
• Attainment of local/state food handling certifications, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Non-Food Department and the store when designated as Manager on Duty.
• Authorize refunds and overrides; count register and deposit money.
• Maintain financial integrity through cash accountability and security practices.
• Supervise store operations in absence of Store Manager/Asst Manager.
• Train employees and uphold stocking/presentation standards for Non-Food items.
• Ensure adequate scheduling coverage and safe working environment.
• Organize receiving area and stock new merchandise.
• Monitor inventory and minimize damages and markdowns.
