Qualifications

• Five years of progressive work experience in emergency services.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed operational goals.
• Certification: ICS 100, 200, 800 and NIMS 700; ICS 300/400 preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers and staff.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Logis, Fleetio, NinthBrain Suites and related programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day shift operations and supervise on-duty crews.
• Support field EMS providers and respond to high-priority 911 calls.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and deployment activities.
• Manage administrative tasks including payroll, logistics and supply ordering.
• Investigate unusual occurrences and ensure policy compliance.
• Mentor field staff and uphold Pafford EMS culture.
