Pafford Medical Services is seeking an On Duty Supervisor for Crittenden County, AR. The role leads day-to-day shift operations, supports field EMS providers, and responds to high-priority 9-1-1 responses within the community.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of progressive emergency services experience and a proven track record of meeting operational goals, with required ICS/NIMS certifications or equivalents. Strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree with five years of progressive work experience in emergency services.
• Must demonstrate proven track record of meeting or exceeding operational goals and objectives.
• Certification in ICS 100, 200, 800; NIMS 700; IC 300 and 400 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency assignments and provide exceptional treatment and care.
• Operate emergency vehicles safely and in accordance with laws and regulations.
• Perform supervisory, administrative, and managerial work to support daily operations.
• Assist operations manager with staffing, deployment, shift swaps, and leave requests.
• Maintain oversight of day-to-day operational functions, including fleet, clinical compliance, QA/QI, scheduling, payroll, and logistics.
