Job summary

GO Car Wash in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Customer Service Lead to serve as the on-duty manager when team leaders or managers are not present. You will oversee daily operations, drive membership sales, and ensure all policies are followed while developing into a Team Leader role.

Open and close the site, greet customers, guide vehicles through the wash, maintain cleanliness and safety, resolve issues, coach the team, and promote a welcoming, high‑quality customer experience with uncapped

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and work outdoors for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the car wash per SOP.
• Lead by example, greet customers warmly and use sales scripts.
• Guide vehicles into the wash and explain the process.
• Maintain site cleanliness and functionality for a superior experience.
• Address customer issues and escalate to leadership when needed.
• Assist with coaching, ensuring safety and adherence to scripts.
