Job summary

Qualifications

• Casino Management experience preferred.
• Must communicate effectively in verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Administer policies across casino floor and food & beverage operations.
• Train employees to achieve customer service objectives and maintain a positive working environment.
• Ensure guests receive responsive, friendly service at all times.
• Monitor cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with policies.
• Maintain machines and equipment on the gaming floor in excellent condition.
