Qualifications

• Assist in marketing and promotional activities.
• Comply with health, safety, labor and gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer policies across casino floor and food & beverage departments.
• Train employees to meet customer service and quality standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest, employee and asset information.
• Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare reports for Security/HR.
• Direct work duties and ensure adequate staff coverage.
• Participate in employment decisions and staff development.
• Attend management meetings and address issues as they arise.
