• Maintain a professional security presence at entrances, lobbies, parking lots, and boundaries.
• Monitor for unauthorized access, unusual behaviors, and potential safety hazards.
• Control access and verify credentials, visitor logs, or permissions when required.
• De-escalate incidents and manage disturbances, medical situations, or evacuations.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors using radios or mobile devices.
• Prepare accurate incident and activity reports as necessary.
