Responsibilities

Respond quickly to on-call dispatch requests and reach locations on time.
Maintain visible, professional security presence at posts (entrances, lobbies, parking lots, perimeters).
Monitor premises for unauthorized access, safety hazards, and policy violations.
Verify credentials, logs, or authorizations for access control as required.
De-escalate conflicts calmly and professionally, handle disturbances and emergencies per site protocol.
Communicate with supervisors via radios/phones; prepare incident reports as needed.
