Responsibilities

• Respond to on-call dispatch requests and arrive at locations promptly.
• Maintain visible, professional security presence at posts and entrances.
• Monitor for unauthorized entry, safety risks, and policy violations.
• Conduct access control and verify credentials/visitor logs as needed.
• De-escalate incidents and respond to disturbances, medical emergencies, or evacuations.
• Communicate with supervisors via radios or phones.
• Complete detailed incident reports as required.
