KeyPleaz contracts licensed real estate agents for on‑demand field assignments in Virginia Beach and surrounding areas. This is a flexible, 1099 independent contractor role that lets you choose assignments based on your availability and location, with pay shown per assignment.

Assignments typically range from $30 to $100, paid via direct deposit after completion. You remain with your current brokerage and set your own schedule while growing your professional network.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in good standing in Virginia.
• Full MLS access in the Virginia Beach market.
• Experience showing homes in the Virginia Beach area.
• Able to show homes using an electronic lockbox.
• Smartphone, iOS or Android, to run the KeyPleaz app.

Responsibilities

• Buyer and rental showings.
• Property access and condition checks.
• Runner assignments such as lockbox and sign placement, key drops, and document delivery.
