Qualifications

• Active real estate license in good standing in California.
• Full MLS access for the San Jose market.
• Experience showing homes in the San Jose area.
• Able to show homes using an electronic lockbox.
• Smartphone (iOS or Android) to run the KeyPleaz app.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Buyer and rental showings.
• Property access and condition checks.
• Runner assignments such as lockbox and sign placement, key drops, and document delivery.
