Qualifications

• Active real estate license in good standing in Alabama.
• Full MLS access in the Birmingham market.
• Experience showing homes in the Birmingham area.
• Able to operate an electronic lockbox.
• Smartphone (iOS/Android) to run the KeyPleaz app.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Buyer and rental showings.
• Property access and condition checks.
• Runner assignments such as lockbox and sign placement, key drops, and document delivery.
