Qualifications

• Active real estate license in good standing in Rhode Island.
• Full MLS access in the Providence market.
• Experience showing homes in the Providence area.
• Able to show homes using an electronic lockbox.
• Smartphone (iOS or Android) to run the KeyPleaz app.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct buyer and rental showings.
• Coordinate property access and condition checks.
• Perform runner assignments like lockbox and sign placement, and document delivery.
