Qualifications

• Active Colorado real estate license in good standing.
• Full MLS access in the Denver market.
• Experience showing homes in Denver.
• Ability to show homes using electronic lockboxes.
• Smartphone (iOS or Android) to run the app.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Buyer and rental showings.
• Property access and condition checks.
• Runner assignments such as lockbox and sign placement, key drops, and document delivery.
