Job summary

Seek Now is seeking capable 1099 independent field inspectors to provide accurate, impartial property inspections for home and commercial properties. You will act as the frontline data collector for clients in insurance, facility management, and real estate sectors, using our tech tools on a smartphone to document findings.

Preferred qualifications include Haag Certification and experience with roofing or property insurance.

Qualifications

• Must maintain professional appearance and be reliable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting inspections.
• Willingness to travel to CAT job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform home and commercial property inspections accurately and impartially.
• Sketch, measure, and document roof and room components.
• Utilize smartphone apps to submit complete reports on time.
• Travel up to 100 miles from home market; lodging provided on CAT assignments.
