Job summary

Seek Now is seeking capable 1099 independent field inspectors to perform accurate, impartial home and commercial property inspections across the Property Insurance, Facility Management, and Real Estate sectors. You will inspect roofs, rooms, and various areas, using a smartphone app to record data and images.

Expect to travel to areas hit by weather events, often with lodging provided. A clean vehicle, laptop, and smartphone are required, along with a willingness to earn HAAG certification and

Qualifications

• Roofing sales or construction experience.
• HAAG Certification within 90 days or sooner preferred.
• Willingness to travel to disaster-affected areas for inspections.

Responsibilities

• Inspect roofs, rooms, and inspection areas with accuracy and impartiality.
• Operate and maintain ladders up to 32 ft and other equipment.
• Document inspections using company software on a smartphone.
