Job summary

Seek Now is seeking 1099 independent Field Inspectors to provide accurate, impartial inspections for insurance, real estate, and facility management clients. You will inspect homes and commercial properties, gather data with our mobile app, and report findings.

This role requires flexibility, ability to travel regionally, manage equipment, and maintain professionalism. Lodging may be provided on CAT assignments; weekly pay and six-figure earning potential are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Roofing or construction experience preferred.
• Experience in property insurance discussed as beneficial.
• HAAG Certification preferred.
• Ability to use a 40-foot ladder safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Inspect steep and/or high roofs and other inspection areas.
• Sketch and measure roof and room components.
• Document inspections using our mobile app on a smartphone.
• Travel for CAT inspections, with lodging provided when assigned.
• Cover a 100-mile radius around home market and maintain professionalism.
