Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member as a Guest Advocate to deliver friendly, efficient service in our store. You will greet guests, help with product questions, and guide them through checkout and loyalty programs.

The role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to pick up shifts via the Target scheduling app. Successful candidates are reliable, customer-focused, and able to work varying hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests and provide helpful, friendly service.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Comfort operating handheld scanners and register equipment.
• Capable of lifting up to 44 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests and provide assistance to locate products or resolve issues.
• Assist guests with returns, purchases, and questions with a positive attitude.
• Promote Target loyalty programs and services to guests.
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently.
• Provide support to fellow team members as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas during shifts.
