Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help them find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Assist guests with loyalty programs and app features (Wallet, Target App).
• Scan and bag items accurately and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Support guest services such as order pickup, drive-up, and returns following Target policies.
