Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to create an easy, inspiring guest experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You will greet guests, assist with product finding and issue resolution, and support services such as Order Pick Up and Drive Up while maintaining store standards.

The role requires flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends, and strong communication to engage with guests and teammates. Training and orientation are provided to prepare you for success.
