Job summary

Target is looking for an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) at our Sarasota store to deliver friendly, helpful guest service. You will greet guests, guide them to products, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

You can enjoy a flexible schedule by picking up shifts via the myTime app, with a focus on reliability and guest satisfaction. Training is provided and you’ll help promote Target services and offerings.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability to work varying hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist guests.

• Proactive in helping guests and teammates to ensure a positive store experience.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by welcoming and assisting guests.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• De-escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience as needed.
• Deliver efficient service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
